Odisea has a growing portfolio of projects that are utility scale photovoltaic (PV) power plants.  Services provided include grading and drainage design, and the creation of Erosion & Sedimentation Control (E&SC) plans or Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs).  We offer permitting services associated with our workby interfacing directly with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) directly.  This includes paying the fees and dealing with the entire process, freeing you up to do more important things. We work with PV developers, contractors and also offer our services through SEI Engineering.
